Eligibility for Refunds

At RestonDev, we value client satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality digital services. Refunds are considered only in cases where the service has not been started, or if we are unable to fulfill the agreed-upon scope due to internal limitations. To be eligible, refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and must include a valid reason along with proof of payment.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided under circumstances including but not limited to: change of mind after project initiation, failure to communicate necessary project inputs on time, delay caused by the client, or dissatisfaction with design preferences even after multiple reasonable revisions. Custom services like website development, SEO, and digital marketing are strictly non-refundable once the work has officially begun.

Refund Process

If you qualify for a refund, our team will process it within 7-10 business days through the original payment method. RestonDev reserves the right to deduct applicable processing or administrative fees incurred during payment or consultation. We may also offer service credits in lieu of direct refunds in specific cases.

To request a refund or raise a dispute, contact our support team at support@restondev.in with complete details. We will review your request promptly and communicate the outcome in writing. RestonDev aims to resolve all issues amicably, but if necessary, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India under the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.
